You are involved in several kind of customer service tasks:
Lead management Proactive prospection based on predefined target lists and sales scripts from Public Tender Market
Sales quotation & proposals Manage sales quotation from A to Z
Support Sales executive in proposal & quotation work:
Provide support in price indexation & contract renewal
Sales Tender: Spot new tenders on platforms - Lead & Support to process public tenders (eg Go/NoGo, methodology, ESPD, ...) and upload on e-procurement platform - Upload on time & correctly approved tenders on the required platform. Internal interactions sales + tender sales Interact with Sales Executives, Customer Care teams, operation, Finance, Operations, IT, Comex, Legal,....
Act as SPOC for commercial deals, autonomously or in support of sales executive
Act as commercial contact for both prospects and Vinçotte customers, autonomously or in support of sales executive
Bachelor degree or master in communication / marketing / sales or similar with experience.
Experience : You have already an experience in a technical commercial function. Languages: French, Dutch, English
Detail/Quality oriented.
