Your Challenge As a Sales Manager, you are the driving force behind commercial growth in Belgium. Your main focus is acquiring new clients, complemented by maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Concretely, this means: Actively generating sales through both cold and warm prospecting Acquiring new clients and expanding the customer portfolio across Belgium Managing your own agenda independently and scheduling appointments Building strong and sustainable customer relationships Working closely with the sales team and being present on a weekly basis Professionally representing the company in the market Your Profile We are not looking for a traditional salesperson, but someone with drive, energy, and strong persuasion skills You have at least 2 years of experience in a sales role (B2B experience is a plus) Are a natural networker with strong communication skills Enjoy building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues Feel comfortable in a family-oriented company environment and stand behind the product you sell Comfortable with direct and open communication Hold a bachelor-level mindset and possess a valid driver’s license (B) Communicate fluently in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
