Customers: different wholesalers in Belgium & Luxemburg
The Key Account Manager is responsible for:
Customer management
1. Identify and implement low hanging fruits at your existing customers
2. Yearly negotiations of existing national account customers
3. Contact for trading partners
4. Develop and manage strong network with customers and organizations
5. Independent preparation of business plans on an annual basis
6. Independent preparation and management of all customer meetings, including annual meetings
7. Flawless execution of promoplan
8. Coordination of sales activities with the Sales Force and the customer
9. Active range management in cooperation with Marketing and Category Management
10. Support on Field Management / services
11. Attending National Customer Trade Fairs
Cross-functional internal collaboration
12. Intensive cooperation with all internal departments such as Category Management, Marketing, Finance & D2D.
13. Collaboration / management of internal projects such as the development of the strategic annual category plans
Participation in internal and external meetings
14. Sales team and demand review meetings
15. Coordination meetings with the sales force
16. Various project meetings
17. Analysis and planning activity
18. Accurate Sales forecasting with review and monitoring
19. Budget forecast and control
20. Ownership customer a&p budget
21. Responsibility for customer profitability
22. Provide holistic view on belux national accounts universe: detect and anticipate sales / consumption trends
About You
23. Experience within OOH channel, account management or PRGM
24. Good knowledge of accounts and consumption drivers within the Ooh channel and also retail proximity (ex. carrefour express, Delhaize proxy…)
25. Bilingual in Dutch and French with Very good knowledge of English
26. Excellent analytical skills
27. Flexible worker with strategic mindset
28. Independent and pro-active teamplayer
29. Thinks solution instead of getting stuck in the issue
30. Excellent sense of urgency and willing to act
31. Excellent excel and powerpoint skills
