Are you analytically driven, comfortable working with people, and experienced in CRM environments like Salesforce? We're looking for you.
What will you do?
* Analyse Salesforce metrics and report insights to the sales team
* Support the support team in identifying and describing system issues
* Train and onboard new sales team members
* Maintain and manage the CRM system
* Process and analyse data using advanced Excel
What do you bring?
* A few years of experience in a comparable analytical role (up to ~5 years)
* Experience as a Effectiveness Analyst is a nice 2 have
* Proven experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
* Strong Excel skills (advanced functions, data analysis)
* Good communication skills — you enjoy explaining things and training others
* Technically minded and proactive
* Fluent in English (required); French or Dutch is a plus
