Managing Director BelgiumNic Belgium, formerly known as Hadecoup, has over 45 years of experience as an importer and distributor of raw materials and supplies for ice cream makers. Nic is a partnership of companies that supply high-quality (soft) ice cream ingredients and related products throughout Europe. The Managing Director is ultimately responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of one production site and one logistics site. The role operates within an international holding structure and carries full accountability for performance, compliance, and food safety.Reports to: CEO / Group ManagementDirectly manages: Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, Finance Manager, and (directly and indirectly) all employees at both sites.To ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant food production, combined with sustainable growth, operational excellence, and sound financial management. The Managing Director delivers business objectives within the framework of the holding strategy and applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and implement strategy in line with holding direction and market developments.Initiate and lead change and improvement programs focused on quality, autonomous growth, and innovation.Ensure a robust organizational structure and an effective management team.

University / Higher Professional Education (HBO+) level of working and thinking.Extensive experience in a senior executive role within the food industry.Proven experience with multi-site management.Experience within an international holding structure is an advantage.
