Description
For our client in Wervik, a manufacturer and distributor of replacement windows, we are looking for an All-round Administrative Commercial Talent.
What will you be doing?
* You will guarantee optimal customer service from A to Z. In your commercial office role, you will be the point of contact for B2B customers throughout Europe.
* You will assist customers in presales, sales and aftersales. You will follow up on all orders from customers and prospects. You will provide feedback on the flow of an order, answer the multitude of questions that customers have and ensure perfect service. This will enable you to build long-term relationships and become an excellent point of contact for many customers.
* You will work closely with your two External Sales colleagues on quotations, file follow-up and commercial administration.
* You are an administrative jack-of-all-trades. You will process all customer and prospect information in ERP.
* Because you are in frequent telephone contact with your customers, you have a keen sense of commercial opportunities. Your dynamic and pleasant approach enables you to convince your customers of the added value of EFK Glass. You also know how to deal with any complaints that may arise.

Profile
As an All-round Administrative Commercial Employee, you are an enthusiastic, communicative colleague with a commercial and customer-friendly attitude. You are stress-resistant and keep a cool head during busy moments.
The more languages you know, the better. You are fluent in French, English and Italian
You have had your first positive experience in a commercial and/or administrative role and are familiar with IT and ERP programmes.
There is an open culture within the company, where participation and proactive thinking are very important. You are a cheerful person who likes to work independently but is also a strong team player.
You will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
