As a Campaign Manager, you take the lead in conceptualizing, planning, and executing our campaigns—both online and offline. You are the one who ensures that all our initiatives seamlessly connect and contribute to our long-term goals.

What will you do?
As Campaign Manager, you are the central point of contact for all our marketing campaigns. You make sure the strategy is clear, the planning is realistic, and that everyone involved—from designers and copywriters to product managers and sales colleagues—works together in a coordinated way.
Your goal? To deliver impactful campaigns that not only showcase our products but also highlight our brand and values. You collaborate closely with colleagues inside and outside the marketing team to deliver all assets on time, make adjustments where needed, and analyze the results afterward to make the next campaigns even stronger.

Responsibilities
* Develop long-term campaign strategies that strengthen our brand.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire campaign process.
* Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, product, and other departments.
* Align and collaborate with colleagues on online advertising, social media, community building, and offline trade marketing.
* Measure, analyze, and translate campaign results into actionable optimizations.
* Safeguard consistent brand representation across all communication channels.
* Monitor deadlines, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
You profile
* Has experience in marketing project management or campaign coordination.
* Can think strategically and execute practically.
* Excels at planning and bringing structure to complex projects.
* Communicates well and knows how to inspire and motivate others.
* Thinks in terms of brand building, customer experience, and measurable results.
* Has a good sense of what works in both online and offline marketing.
* Is analytically minded and likes to optimize based on data.
* Has 3–5 years of experience in (cross-channel) campaign management and a proven track record in both online and offline activation
* Possesses excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Has experience in stakeholder management (e.g., working within complex organizational structures)
* Can quickly adapt when product launches or marketing campaigns change.
Nice-to-haves
* A passion for wood or experience in the wood industry is a big plus.
* Experience with Monday.com, Google Analytics, and Meta Business
* Experience in trade marketing
