Role: Total Rewards Expert
We are proactively connecting with Rewards professionals for potential opportunities in 2026 across Belgium.
Over the past months, we have spoken with many VP- and Director-level professionals in the Rewards space. As these conversations evolve, we are looking to connect with Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits Managers and Partners who may be considering their next career step.

What we are looking for:
* 10+ years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus
* Expertise in Total Rewards strategy: leading the design and execution of innovative compensation and benefits programs, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and guiding teams to implement strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across international markets
* Experience in international, matrix, or complex organizations
* Fluency in English & Dutch. French is a plus. Additional languages depending on the market are a strong advantage
