In this position, you will report to the Global ICT Director.br/ br/ h2Responsabilities /h2 ul liDefine and manage our Application Portfolio including governance and lifecycle management /li liDefine, align, organize and plan with business partners application changes and enhancements in a way operations can smoothly transition to optimize the value creation /li liLead the business application experience delivery focused on business process automation (ERP, CRM, LMS, HRS, MES, Logistics, ...) /li liBe responsible for the global application software lifecycle management /li liDefine the Service Catalog for application, measure performances and organize the review with business stakeholders /li liAgree with business partners delivery strategies to ensure adoption /li liDefine the governance regarding support, change, and security /li liNegotiate and manage support agreement (KPI) /li liProvide team with continual education /li liMeasure and improve adoption and system knowledge with the Training department /li liEvaluate new products and services in line with industry trends and emerging technologies /li liEncourage a continuous improvement culture that focuses on innovation /li liManage the delivery with own resources and partners /li liDefine and follow the Global Application budget (SAP, ...) /li /ul br/ h2Profile /h2 ul liMaster in Computer Engineering or Sciences and/or similar technical field, /li liYou have previous IT Team Management experience (10 years' experience in IT Global Application and ERP), /li liYou have experience in project management (medium and large scale), /li liYou know how to negotiate and manage contracts with consulting companies, /li liYou are able to motivate teams and create a culture of continuous improvement, /li liYou have a very good knowledge of SAP or a global ERP, /li liYou are able to drive change on a global level with a focus on digital transformation, /li liYou have good communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills, /li liYou are detail-oriented and have good analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liYou are fluent in French and English, Dutch knowledge being an asset. /li /ul br/ h2What we offer /h2 ul liA salary in line with experience and market conditions /li liYou have the opportunity to join an international company that offers you a stable and long term position /li liTeleworking : hybrid 40% at home / 60% on site /li /ul
