About the Role
As a QC System Documentation & Training Specialist, you will support Compliance, Documentation, and Training activities within the Global QC System. You will play a key role in ensuring that quality documentation and training processes are robust, compliant, and efficiently managed across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Process Management
* Implement and maintain document processes and systems for the Global QC System.
* Coordinate the development, review, approval, distribution, and withdrawal of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidance documents (GUIs), Work Instructions, and Job Aid
* Act as an ARIS Designer to build and maintain process documentation
* Collaborate with the BPM Center of Excellence (CoE) to identify and implement best practices in Business Process Management (BPM)
Training & Learning Management:
* Support the QC System department in maintaining and updating training curricula content
* Support Global Business Owners in implementing a Competence-Based Learning approach
* Manage the Training Management System (LMS) for Quality Assurance/Quality Systems:
o Drive and maintain learning functions and training matrices
o Identify and develop QC System training curricula by selecting appropriate materials from internal and external courses
Profile
Education & Experience
* Scientific background (graduate or master’s degree preferred)
* Experience with training management processes/systems (Learning Management System – LMS)
* Familiarity with Laboratory Execution Systems (LES) or regulated laboratory workflows and terminology
* Experience working in a GxP-regulated environment
* Familiarity with e-learning and content creation tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, and video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia)
Skills & Competencies
* Basic knowledge of instructional design principles (adult learning, structuring content, defining learning objectives)
* Ability to understand technical documentation and translate it into clear, learner-friendly content in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs)
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with SMEs and stakeholders and act as a “lobbyist” to engage teams
* Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Curious and eager to learn new applications and processes
* Team player with strong collaboration skills
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
