Introduction
A major national organisation is searching for a M365 Engineer to strengthen its digital workplace team. You will focus on supporting, optimising and developing collaboration services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Copilot. You will play a key role in adoption, security configuration and continuous improvement projects with business impact.
The Role
* Manage, configure and optimise M365 services and governance.
* Handle support requests, incidents and service improvements within M365.
* Implement automation, modern workplace enhancements and documentation.
* Support platform rollout, adoption and security compliance initiatives.
Your Profile
* Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services.
* Strong understanding of M365 administration, licensing, security and integration.
* Experience with ITIL and service management tools, strong communication skills.
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English, proactive and customer-focused.
