Existing for more than 30 years, Vinopres is active in the communication, marketing, events and public relations for wine and spirits. We are a small actor but a key player with a big impact, and we are currently looking for a motivated communications & event coordinator, who would love to join us in this beautiful adventure.
In this position, you will have several responsibilities and will manage, together with the team manager, projects on national level for international clients, from A to Z.
Your responsibilities:
* manage E2E (end-to-end) event projects & communication campaigns for clients
* plan and manage the design, content, and production of ATL & BTL communication
* create press releases & press kits
* prepare professional & consumer oriented events
* follow-up & reporting of all activities
* structure and improve existing projects
* work in collaboration with the communication department's team members, the graphic designer, digital manager and external stakeholders to assure the best possible outcome for our clients
Your profile:
* You hold a bachelor or master degree in management, economics, marketing, communication or PR
* You have < 5 years work experience in communication, brand marketing or event management
* You are client-oriented with an excellent sense of service
* You are able to establish operational management with a realistic timeline and deadlines
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good organizational skills
* You speak fluently Dutch & English and French is an asset
* You are very proactive, good at multitasking and work in a dynamic way
* You can work autonomously
* You are a team player
* You dare to challenge the status quo
* You are creative, curious and have a great capacity to learn
* You have an SME mindset and are able to think out of the box
* You have a clear interest or curiosity in wine
