Your future role at MOROWe are looking for a brand-driven and hands-on marketer to build and scale MORO across all touchpoints.This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with execution, while using data and performance insights to guide decisions and drive growth.You translate Yasmine’s vision into a clear marketing direction, while challenging and refining it, and bring it to life through strong performance-driven campaigns.What you’ll do?Conceptualize and execute campaigns from A to ZAnalyze data and translate it into clear actions and insightsIdentify and test new growth opportunitiesProduce static and video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.Write compelling captions, ad copy and on-screen text (your words drive the visual story)Set up and optimize email campaigns and flowsWebshop monitoring and identify optimizations in ShopifyBrief and manage (UGC) creators, influencers and freelancersManage and steer performance marketing through external partnersEnsure brand consistency across everything we doWork closely with the founders and freelancers (expect direct feedback and fast iteration)Who we’re looking for?Minimum work experience of 3-5 yearsStrategic thinker, but equally hands-on and not scared of doing the workComfortable working with data and performance insightStrong eye for aesthetics, detail and trendsStrong curiosity and affinity for AI tools.Natural feel for content and what “hooks” makes people stop scrollingUnderstands how brands are built and why consistency is keyAble to manage freelancers and external partnersHas a clear opinion and isn’t afraid to share itThrives in a fast-paced, direct working environmentTakes ownership and responsibilityYou don’t need to know everything.
