Responsabilities
You will ensure that procurement activities are conducted to the best of Candriam’s interests and in accordance with the policy and processes:
Request management:
· Administrate and follow up multiple procurements requests; and more specifically IT (professional services and technology).
· Challenge, guide and support the business
· Lead or support RFP processes
Contract management:
· Support on renewal of existing license and agreements
· Mitigation of risks (e.g. long tenure, vendor incidents, 3rd-party assessments, cloud services, personal and client data protection)
· Manage usage and licenses (inventory, usage, granted rights)
Data management, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
· Reporting for steering committees and ad hoc governance
· Measure and report key performance indicators
Vendor relationship management:
· Manage relationships with major vendors (business impact and/or level of spend)
· Monitor performance satisfaction
Procurement improvement initiatives:
· Participate to the selection and roll-out of a new contract and supplier management solution
· Own the sustainable procurement initiative and live by our values
· Suggest (either small or ambitious) initiatives for improvement.
Profile
Education / Qualification
•Master Degree in Procurement or Economics or areas in relation to one or more of the procurement activities within Candriam
Languages:
•English and French. Dutch is a plus.
Requested Experience
•A first concrete experience in one or more of the following areas : Corporate sector,, Procurement activity, (IT) Professional Services, Contract Management, License Management
•Medior profile (3-5 years of experience)

•Advanced command of Microsoft M365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint, Power Query) and knowledge of Power BI.
•Logical writing and good visual presentation skills
