To strengthen our Global Internal Audit team, based at the HQ in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Digital Audit Manager.
Who you’ll work with:
Global Internal Audit reports directly to the Chairman of the Audit Committee and our CEO, working closely with senior management to provide objective assurance and advice. We leverage insights gained from our worldwide audits, sharing them with auditees and stakeholders as constructive challengers and non-expert advisors. This role requires the highest professional standards in integrity, objectivity, professionalism and confidentiality.
What you’ll do:
1. Redesign and implement a multi-year IT audit plan, which will be presented to the Executive Committee and approved by the Audit Committee.
2. Accelerate the digital transformation of Global Internal Audit by defining an AI and analytics roadmap, embedding AI and analytics into our audits. Ensure Internal Audit acts as a catalyst for the rest of the organization.
3. Independently lead a variety of IT audit missions, from preparing and scoping risk-based work plans to delivering clear, actionable reports for senior management. Proactively collaborate with the Digital Technology Leadership Team to strengthen the internal control environment and drive continuous improvement.
4. Lead or support on a variety of non-IT audit missions, curating reusable AI and analytics assets and coaching auditors in their application.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
5. A minimum of 10+ years of IT and digital internal audit experience in an international environment.
6. A professional accreditation (CISA preferred; CIA, CRISC, CISSP or equivalent are a plus) and/or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
7. Relevant hands-on experience with audit analytics (e.g., SQL/Python, ACL/IDEA, Power BI); and familiarity with cloud, identity & access, security fundamentals, and data governance.
8. Strong knowledge of SAP and GRC tools (e.g., SAP GRC/Access Control).
9. Ability to work both individually and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Professional fluency in English, both verbally and written, is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
11. Interested and willing to travel up to 25% globally.
