Unique Brussels is currently looking for a Membership Officer. Are you highly organized? Do you possess excellent communication skills in both French and English? If so, you might be the Membership Officer we’re looking for!
What are your tasks as a Membership Officer?
* Send yearly invoices and follow up on payments.
* Handle member requests and maintain accurate records.
* Support membership acquisition and retention strategies.
* Collaborate with the Head of Membership and Regional Offices.
* Ensure data integrity and assist with data input.
* Generate and update regular membership reports.
* Contribute to market research and membership analysis.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflows.
* Collaborate on market research projects.
Profil
What is the ideal profile of a Membership Officer?
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
* Proven experience in membership or data management.
* Strong analytical skills (preferably with PowerBI, MS Excel, or similar tools).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
* Familiarity with CRM : Excell systems and database management.
* Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
