IT Operations Engineer
Location:
Kortrijk, BE
We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague in our IT division located in Kortrijk, Belgium.
Technical Requirements
1. First line analysis using logs and various platforms
2. Experienced Office
3. Windows/Linux PC installations using different tools automations
4. Preferably knowledge over ITIL ServiceDesk ticketing processes
5. Mindset towards security processes
6. Experience with Active Directory, Azure, PowerShell, Intune, Defender, Exchange
7. IOS/Android device Support
8. Support and troubleshoot for systems running on Windows and Linux operating system
9. Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking technologies
10. At least 2 years of experience on a similar position

15. Willing to learn and share knowledge with the team
