The role As Senior HR Manager, you will lead all HR activities for the Sint-Truiden site and play a key role in shaping its future. You will be a full member of the Plant Management Team and a trusted advisor to operational leadership. This role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on involvement and offers genuine autonomy within a clear framework. It is a role where experience, judgment and presence truly matter. Your impact You will define and execute the local HR strategy in close alignment with corporate and EMEA priorities. You will lead labor relations and social dialogue, maintaining constructive and professional relationships with trade unions and employee representatives. You will manage workforce planning, restructurings and succession planning in a complex industrial setting. You will further develop leadership capability at all levels and help move the HR organization towards a strong business partnership model. Through accurate reporting and data-driven insights, you will support sound decision-making and organizational performance.
