**Sales and Partnership Development Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Partnership Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, as well as identifying and acquiring new ones.
In this role, you will engage with IT providers across the EMEA region who are interested in adopting our technology as part of their solutions portfolio. Your primary goal will be to increase Odoo presence worldwide by finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell, and implement our software.
You will initiate contact and qualify potential partners, analyze their profile, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a win-win relationship. You will also provide personalized demonstrations of our product, quote, and negotiate conditions for collaboration.
To succeed in this position, you must have a hunting spirit, technical skills, autonomy, and a strong ability to analyze complex situations. Fluent English and Dutch or other Eastern European languages are required, along with interest and/or experience in sales, IT, and software. Business knowledge and curiosity are essential, as is a work permit for Belgium.
