SAP VIM Consultant
12-Month Contract
Location: Brazil - Remote with 1-2 trips to São Paulo in a year to meet the stakeholders. Expenses would be reimbursed for any on site work.
Language: English and Portuguese required.
Role Overview
End-to-end SAP VIM (OpenText) implementation for a global pharma client in Brazil. Covers design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
Responsibilities
* Lead design workshops and produce functional specs covering direct/indirect materials, non-PO invoices, CT-e freight (forms 57/67), PDF services invoices, and logical cancellation
* Configure VIM end-to-end: document/process types, workflows, roles, business rules, OCR/ICC indexing, and chart of authority
* Integrate VIM with SAP FI/MM (MIRO and FB60 postings) and the Brazilian fiscal layer (GRC NF-e)
* Lead unit, string, and UAT testing; resolve defects
* Plan and support cutover, go-live, and hypercare
* Produce documentation and deliver end-user/support training
Required
* 5+ years SAP experience with 3+ full-cycle VIM implementations
* Strong SAP FI and MM functional knowledge
* Proven Brazilian VIM experience: NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e (57/67), SEFAZ inbound
* Working knowledge of Brazilian taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS)
* OCR/ICC experience for PDF invoices
* Fluent Portuguese and professional English
