To support our continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to join our Antwerp hub.Your RoleAs our Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our team. You will work closely with our CEO, our authorized payroll agency, and our accountant to handle a variety of administrative tasks.Main ResponsibilitiesStaff Administration: Manage personnel records and staff administration in close collaboration with our authorized payroll agency. Oversee; monthly payroll processing, insurances, etc...Invoice Administration: Oversee invoice processing and maintain accurate records in close cooperation with our accountant. Prepare payments for approval and processing, etc...
