Are you a strategic, commercially driven sales professional with strong international experience? We are looking for an International Sales & Business Development Manager who will be responsible for acquiring and managing major international key accounts while building and expanding a high-performing global distributor network for our brands.
In this role, you combine business development, negotiation, market expansion and relationship building with a hands-on mindset. You enjoy being on the road, excel in face-to-face meetings, and know how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire and manage international key accounts: identify opportunities, close deals and build strong, long-term B2B relationships.
* Develop and grow the global distributor network: select the right partners, support and challenge distributors and ensure optimal commercial performance.
* Drive regional market development: analyse markets, competitors and trends and translate insights into concrete growth strategies.
* Take full commercial ownership: manage the complete sales cycle, maintain pipeline and forecasts, report clearly on growth, opportunities and risks.
* Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events and networking occasions.
Requirements
* 5–10+ years of international sales experience.
* Proven success in acquiring key accounts.
* Experience working with or managing distributor networks in the audio-visual industry is a strong plus.
* Strong negotiation, strategic and relationship-building skills.
* Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
* Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willing and able to travel internationally on a frequent and flexible basis, including overnight stays.
