Key Responsibilities
* Design, build and maintain complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign Classic, based on existing campaigns and SQL code.
* Lead the migration of permanent campaigns to Adobe Campaign Classic and develop new campaigns using the new operating model.
* Translate commercial and administrative marketing ideas into targeted audiences and automated workflows in collaboration with MarCom Managers.
* Optimise workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and personalisation for client communications.
* Work closely with colleagues to understand existing campaigns, best practices and data structures.
* Ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail, as campaigns are delivered directly to clients.
* Manage your own workload and planning in coordination with the team manager.
* Actively contribute to the development of marketing strategies (customer journeys, next-best-offer, contact strategies, etc.).
* Share expertise and best practices with the team to support the transition to Adobe Campaign Classic.
* Quickly develop a strong understanding of complex data structures and dependencies.
Experience Required
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in campaign management or marketing automation.
* Several years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, including building workflows and campaigns (mandatory).
* Strong SQL knowledge to understand and adapt existing campaign logic (mandatory).
* Proven experience creating complex customer journeys and automated workflows in Adobe Campaign.
* Solid understanding of marketing and customer engagement strategies.
* Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented and creative approach.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others.
* Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or French (mother tongue in one with understanding of the other is a plus).
* Comfortable working in a hybrid model (50% onsite / 50% remote).
