Join our team as HR Manager Belgium and oversee HR operations for our EMEA headquarters in Leuven, the distribution center in Bruges, and the Utech site in Nivelles. In this role, you’ll guide HR service delivery, build strong partnerships across the business, and drive process improvements to strengthen our Belgium HR function.

Role Responsibilities

4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs, ensuring compliance with Belgian employment law.
5. Provide generalist HR support across employee relations, payroll, compensation & benefits administration, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
6. Oversee payroll execution with internal teams and external providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
7. Coordinate industrial relations activities, including Works Council and Safety Committee participation, fostering constructive dialogue with unions.
8. Implement HR programs from Centers of Excellence (promotions, evaluations, learning, and total rewards changes) across Belgium.
9. Travel regularly to Bruges and Nivelles to support local HR initiatives, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

10. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Law, or equivalent.
11. Minimum 5 years of generalist HR management experience, preferably in an international setting.
12. Experience managing and developing a team.
13. In-depth knowledge of Belgian employment law.
14. Fluent in Dutch and English.

Preferred Qualifications

15. Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in and support change.
16. Proficiency in French.
