Process Expert Manager / Business Analyst – Banking Client – Brussels Duration : 9 monthsRate: €600 - €700 per dayHybrid working : 8 days onsite per month, the rest is remote workingPurposeThe Process Expert Manager will lead the analysis, documentation, detailed description, and challenge of end-to-end business processes within strategic transformation programmes at the client.This includes supporting Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives and broader organisational process design and optimisation efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesModel, map, and document end-to-end business processes in detailAnalyse and challenge existing processes and ways of working to identify improvement opportunitiesEnsure clarity, consistency, and alignment of processes across multiple stakeholders and business unitsSupport strategic transformation workstreams through process expertise and structured analysisContribute to TOM design and organisational process redefinition initiativesFacilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to validate and refine process frameworks
