Translate User Requirement Specifications (URS) into clear technical and software specifications
Act as the primary point of contact for technical documentation and support documentation engineers
Maintain structured master project documentation according to internal quality guidelines
Collaborate with engineering departments and participate in internal and customer project meetings
Support Project Managers during FAT and Validation Engineers during commissioning or qualification
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to quality, HSE and ESG standards
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Experience in a pharmaceutical or engineering environment is a strong asset
Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication and teamwork skills
