Job Description
* Analyze business needs in terms of data management and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
* Assess existing IT systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose suitable solutions.
* Collaborate with internal and external development teams, architects, and stakeholders to design and implement systems.
* Perform system tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT).
* Prepare documentation, including process models, workflows, and system diagrams.
* Support end users by troubleshooting issues and providing training.
* Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
* Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.
* Act as a bridge between the business and the IT team.
Profile
* Holder of a master’s degree in an IT-oriented field.
* Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
* Good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
* Skilled in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
* Knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
* Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Team player with problem-solving abilities.
* Behavioral skills: teamwork, problem-solving, attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Practical knowledge of French is a plus, facilitating interactions with French-speaking colleagues. Good understanding of English.
