Key responsibilitiesDefine and implement the supply chain roadmap, translating strategy into an actionable annual planLead and deliver transformation and improvement projects across the divisionAnalyze and optimize the supply chain (processes, workforce planning, operating methods)Act as a subject matter expert in supply chain, supporting and advising plant managersDrive collaboration across sites and divisions, ensuring alignment and efficiencyContribute to cross-functional platforms and represent operations at group levelWork closely with senior stakeholders and report directly to the division leadership
Your profileProven experience in supply chain within an industrial environmentExperience in change management and transformation projectsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex environmentsProactive, structured and solution-orientedExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in Dutch and French (essential for collaboration)Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
