We are seeking a seasoned International Sales Manager to lead and scale the division’s global commercial strategy. This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially driven professional who combines strategic vision with operational excellence and thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.

You will act as a key architect of our international expansion, while reinforcing the division’s market positioning across all segments and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute a high-impact international sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth ambitions
* Lead and optimize multi-channel sales performance, across project sales, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships
* Oversee and develop the division’s key account portfolio, ensuring commercial excellence, client satisfaction, and consistent positioning
* Lead, structure and develop the internal sales team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance standards
* Identify and unlock new market opportunities, driving geographic expansion and revenue acceleration
* Build and nurture high-value relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders globally
* Strengthen commercial positioning by ensuring consistency and excellence across all commercial touchpoints
* Drive performance through data and insight, translating market intelligence into actionable strategies
* Collaborate cross-functionally (business development, operations, tendering) to ensure seamless execution
* Act as a hands-on leader, balancing strategic oversight with active involvement in key deals, project pursuits, and negotiations

Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
* Proven track record in international business development and multi-channel sales management
* Demonstrated experience in leading retail teams and/or store networks, combined with wholesale team management
* Experience in interior finishing is highly preferred
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth in complex, international environments
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset — equally comfortable in boardroom discussions and field execution
* Excellent people leader, capable of inspiring, structuring and scaling teams
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
* Affinity for the built environment, complex project delivery, and client-driven commercial culture
