Your Profile:

- Expertise: At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in customer service.

- Salesforce Experience: While not required, experience with Service Cloud is a significant advantage.

- Process Analysis: A sharp eye for business processes, requirement analysis, and process optimization.
