What you bring to the table 5 to 10 years of experience in market research and insights (client or agency-side).
Strong and rigorous research and insights skills (qualitative expertise a plus).
Curiosity about AI and eagerness to apply it in the insights space.
Commercial acumen to spot and act on growth opportunities.
Outstanding communication skills; clear, credible, and inspiring.
A creative yet analytical problem-solver.
A self-starter with a hands-on, let's-make-it-happen mentality.
