Job Content: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Architect to join our team in Luxembourg. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, designing solutions and driving the sales of our comprehensive range of services, including on-cloud development, automation, data and AI/Machine Learning. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base across various service offerings.
Provide technical guidance and assistance on designing solutions as part of our sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams (product management, tech leads) to ensure your proposals meet client requirements and align with our capabilities.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and achievements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, product management, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology or software development industry. Cloud Development Technologies: Experience with cloud computing ecosystems including Azure, M365, Google Cloud Platform.
Software Development: Experience with programming languages (, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Data Technologies: Experience with data analytics, big data technologies (, Hadoop, Spark), and database management systems (, SQL, NoSQL).
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French is required. Knowledge of German, or Luxembourgish is a plus
