About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative & HR Coordinator to support our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment coordination, HR administration, and daily office support. You will work independently, take ownership of processes, and help structure and improve internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruitment and coordination of new employees (posting vacancies, CV screening, interview scheduling)
* Tracking working hours and maintaining accurate timesheets
* Preparing and administering payroll data (salary records, working hours, absences)
* Managing and organizing company documentation and HR records
* Ordering office supplies and work-related materials for daily operations
* Supporting internal administrative processes and ensuring data accuracy
* Assisting with general office management tasks

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role (experience in the construction industry is a plus)
* Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
* Knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong plus
* Valid Category B driving license
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Confident working with Excel and/or Google Sheets
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
* High attention to detail and a structured working approach
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
