BMI Leisure is the all-in-one management platform trusted by 300 leisure venues worldwide — karting centers, family entertainment centers, and trampoline parks. Our software handles everything from online booking and POS to CRM, waiver management, and marketing automation. We're looking for a service engineer to keep our clients running smoothly and make sure they get the most out of our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve customers' technical issues. You will support customers by acting as the liaison between them and our internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environments will make you stand out. Responsibilities Reproduce customer environments and run diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues across our booking, POS, CRM, and waiver modules Manage and address electronic support tickets efficiently and within SLA Liaise between the sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address and escalate technical problems Troubleshoot and configure both software and associated hardware (e.g. kiosk terminals, access control, card readers) Carry out on-site installations at customer venues when required — some travel across Europe is to be expected Qualifications Prior technical support experience Customer service oriented with a genuine desire to help Strong written, verbal, and troubleshooting skills Good working knowledge of English Able to speak one or more of the following languages fluently, in this order: French, Dutch, German Able to commute to Geel, Belgium for office days Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client installations Nice to have Experience with leisure, hospitality, or venue management software Familiarity with POS systems, booking platforms, or waiver tools Experience with helpdesk tools Prior experience with field installations or on-site technical deployments What we offer Competitive salary Hybrid working — office in Geel remote flexibility Training & development budget 32 days holiday (20 standard 12 ADV) public holidays Travel covered for on-site assignments A passionate, international team in a fast-growing industry
