Are you an experienced all-round technician with a passion for trucks and trailers?For our client, we are looking for an independent Truck Technician who ensures that heavy vehicles stay safe, reliable, and road-ready. Your Responsibilities ✔️ Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers of various brands ✔️ Carry out oil changes, brake replacements, and prepare vehicles for operation ✔️ Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independently ✔️ Use diagnostic equipment to read, assess, and resolve system faults ✔️ Provide roadside assistance and repair tail lifts when needed ✔️ Test, adjust, and ensure proper functioning of brake systems ✔️ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace ✔️ Handle tools and protective equipment correctly and responsibly ✔️ Communicate with colleagues and customers regarding completed work and findings

1. You have a passion for commercial vehicles and their technology
2. At least several years of experience as a car mechanic
3. Perform independent maintenance and repairs
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults
5. Use diagnostic computers and read vehicle systems
6. Problem-solving and attention to detail
7. Work safely with tools and personal protective equipment
8. You communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
9. You are positive, professional team player
Opleiding: Study level A3/A2 car mechanics or equivalent through experience Study level Bachelor Automotive Technology or equivalent through experience
Vakkennis: Technical knowledge of trucks, trailers, brakes, and hydraulic systems Experience with diagnostic equipment and interpreting electrical schematics Understanding of maintenance and repair techniques for heavy vehicles Knowledge of preparing vehicles for operation and performing roadside assistance Insight into brake systems and tail lifts
Talenkennis: Communicative English skills at B1 - B2 level
Wat bieden wij jou?
10. Salary: Competitive hourly wage starting from €18 to €21 gross, depending on experience and qualifications
11. Meal Vouchers: €5.50 per working day
12. Working Hours: 39 hours per week, with the opportunity for paid overtime (150% rate) — up to 50 hours per week, including occasional Saturday mornings
13. Shifts: Two shift options available — 8:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00
