Key responsibilities Audit the existing boards and propose a configuration based on a standard model Define common guidelines and secure team buy-in Implement and automate KPIs (burndown, velocity, project comparisons, etc.) Train and coach teams on using and interpreting reports Drive change management and assess the migration of existing data Expected deliverables: Documented new board model User guides and training materials Ready-to-use KPI dashboards Validated migration plan and deployment schedule Skills & requirements Azure DevOps certifications and agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PSPO, or equivalent) Proven experience in coaching, training, and change management Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps reporting (Analytics Views, Power BI) Ability to simplify complex topics and bring together multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication skills (FR/NL/EN)
