Solution Specialist – Healthcare IT (Medication Management) | Belgium
We're hiring a field-based Solution Specialist to support connected hospital and pharmacy systems across the Benelux region. This is a pre-sales focused role working closely with hospital IT and clinical teams to design integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead technical discussions with hospital IT, pharmacy, and clinical teams
* Design solution architectures across HIS, EHR, and pharmacy systems
* Support pre-sales activities, tenders, and customer workshops
* Present integration approaches (HL7, FHIR, XML, REST APIs)
Requirements
* ~5 years' experience in healthcare IT / hospital connectivity
* Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, XML, REST APIs
* Solid networking and cybersecurity fundamentals
* Pre-sales or customer-facing experience
* Fluent in Dutch or French, with good English
