Functieomschrijving

As Customer Success Manager you will :

* Monitor subscriber engagement and churn to identify opportunities for improving retention.
* Develop, implement, and refine retention strategies that foster long-term customer loyalty.
* Manage multiple retention-focused projects, ensuring timely execution with a customer-first approach.
* Collaborate with marketing, product management, and IT teams to create integrated loyalty solutions.
* Leverage data-driven insights to optimize retention programs and measure effectiveness.
* Report key metrics and progress of retention initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
* Stay proactive in spotting new opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Profiel

The successful Customer Success Manager has the following profile :

* Min. 8 years of experience
* Proven experience in customer retention or loyalty programs.
* Analytical, proactive, and solution-driven, turning insights into action.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, engaging stakeholders effectively.
* Creative and customer-focused, bringing innovative retention strategies.
* Project management expertise, ensuring timely execution.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and engagement tactics.
* Fluent in French or Dutch, with proficiency in the other language.
* Team-oriented and adaptable
