Role Objective SPADEL is looking for an intern to join the Benelux Sales & Marketing team to support various digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. The intern will assist the Digital Marketing Manager in executing the digital strategy for SPA and BRU on the Belgian and Dutch markets, as well as the E-commerce Manager in implementing the e-commerce strategy across these same markets. We are recruiting interns for several internship periods, for example from March to August or from September to February. We are open to various internship options, such as an unpaid academic internship of at least 4 months, a post-graduation CIP internship, or a work-study program if the student is in at least their second year. Key Responsibilities Implementation and monitoring of the digital marketing strategy and digital performance of SPA and BRU, with a focus on: SEO & Content : managing the content calendar, coordinating content production, proofreading and publishing articles, analyzing results, and making recommendations to improve SEO performance and organic traffic. Social Media : supporting campaign implementation, monitoring community management, contributing to the influencer strategy, and proposing ideas to improve brand presence and relevance among younger audiences. E-commerce : improving brand visibility on retailers’ and pure players’ websites, identifying opportunities to increase online market share. Analysis & Reporting : project analysis, campaign monitoring, competitive analysis, and collaboration on various marketing projects. E-commerce Support : monitoring content on e-retailers’ webshops, optimizing organic positioning, making recommendations and running tests, setting up internal reports, and conducting competitive intelligence.
