Senior Business Controller - Your role
As Senior Business Controller, you will act as a true
finance business partner
, supporting management and operational teams with insightful analysis and forward-looking financial steering.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing core financial cycles:
monthly closings, quarterly reporting and annual consolidation
* Playing an active role in
budgeting and forecasting
, ensuring reliable and actionable financial projections
* Analyzing financial results and variances, identifying
performance drivers, risks and opportunities
* Translating numbers into
clear insights for operational and commercial stakeholders
* Contributing to finance transformation projects, including:
* SAP S/4HANA implementations
* Continuous improvement of
ANAPLAN planning models
* Actively helping shape the future
controlling governance and processes
of the group
Senior Business Controller - Your profile:
* 5+ years of experience
in controlling or financial management
* Strong business-oriented mindset, comfortable interacting with non-finance stakeholders
* Fluent in
English and Dutch
(French is a strong asset)
* Master's degree
in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
