Mission JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in Square Management's growth. You will join a team of Business Managers with whom you will share your challenges, successes and best practices in a dynamic environment of collective progress. Square Management is built on a strong entrepreneurial culture that allows you to evolve quickly thanks to a variety of responsibilities: business development, recruitment and consultant management. As a Business Manager, your objective is to develop your own management unit. Your tasks will focus on three main areas: Business development : targeted telephone prospecting, making appointments, discussions with managers and operational directors of large groups, responding to calls for tenders, presentations, negotiation and monitoring of assignments. Recruitment : managing the recruitment process from A to Z for consultants from selective training programmes, from sourcing to closing. Management : supporting your consultants throughout their career: onboarding, monitoring, skills development and collaboration on business development. Once you have achieved your objectives, you will be promoted to Manager and will in turn train Junior Managers. Profile YOUR PROFILE Master’s degree. Interest in learning about different sectors, its products and market trends without necessarily being an expert. Dutch or French mother tongue with at least a good passive knowledge of the other language professional English Client-oriented attitude and strong communication skills towards business management Entrepreneur: your base is Brussels but you can work on opportunities in other countries & be creative in getting into new markets, clients, and partnerships Dynamic, diplomatic, convincing and forward-thinking mind Strong analysis and creativity skills. An initial experience or a great interest in business development or sales is a plus. A previous experience as business manager in a consulting firm is a strong plus.
