Project Coordinator, Data Center Construction
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing engineering solutions provider specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of modular technical systems for mission-critical environments. With strong expertise in data center infrastructure, the company supports large-scale international projects and works closely with major contractors to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient installations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Supporting project planning: schedules, objectives, deliverables, and resource forecasting
* Coordinating daily activities with the General Contractor and all stakeholders
* Ensuring clear communication between teams and organizing work to meet deadlines
* Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and managing change orders/extras
* Preparing progress reports and maintaining accurate project documentation
* Troubleshooting issues on-site and driving effective solutions
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications
Your Profile
* Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination
* Proven experience on at least 2 data center construction or installation projects
* Fluent in French and English.
