1. Manage and categorize incoming safety reports, ensuring timely follow-up and effective mitigation
2. Lead internal investigations and interviews after incidents involving maintenance personnel
3. Conduct audits and support compliance with SAFA, BAC, CAMO, BCAA requirements
4. Contribute to the development of the Safety Management System (SMS) and promote a strong safety culture
5. Deliver SMS and Health & Safety training and support team competence assessments
6. Act as a trusted contact within M&E, represent the team in safety boards, and provide backup for Part-145 audits

7. high school diploma or 3+ years of experience in a Part 145 environment
8. Knowledge of auditing principles and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
9. Familiarity with CAMO and Part 145 functions
10. Experience with audits, investigations, and technical report writing
11. Strong commitment to safety and compliance culture
12. Familiar with aviation regulations and risk assessment methodologies
13. Ability to define and implement corrective actions
14. Proficient in English (spoken and written); Dutch and/or French is a plus
