For one of our clients, a global leader in IT services and consulting, Beaumont Group is looking for a Business Development Manager – Public Sector for its IT Staff Augmentation services.


About the job

The role focuses on driving growth and expanding the IT staff augmentation services within the Public Sector and Health industries in Belgium. Using your existing customer and candidate network, you identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to increase market presence. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the public sector and will be committed to delivering high quality staffing solutions that meet the evolving needs of the clients. Staffing profiles: data architects, project and program managers, delivery managers, Java developers aso.


You will be responsible for

1/ Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

* Identify and engage potential clients within the Public Sector and Health industries through targeted outreach and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored staff augmentation solutions.
* Expand the business
* Drive the growth of the staff augmentation services.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration and expand the client base.

2/ Match & follow up:

* You identify the opportunity and match the correct candidate, with the help of the recruitment team or through your own network.
* Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.


Required experience

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the Public Sector and/or Health industries.
* Strong established customer network within Public Sector & Health industry.
* Strong understanding of staff augmentation and workforce solutions.
* Established freelance network.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
