To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Business Developer for our Brussels office.As Business Developer, you will support the company's strategy to increase sales of VTC trucks by becoming a leading player. Your responsibilities are varied and your mission involves : Active participation in the company's growth in the VTC/Truck market; Achieving thesales targets for Volvo Trucks products as defined at the start of the financial year; Supporting and implementing the sales strategy in the field; Being an active member of the network sales team. Sales Strategy Implement the defined sales strategy; Segment the market and identify relevant sales targets; Meet the sales targets set by management while preserving margins; Monitor the sales action plan to ensure the effective development of the sales strategy; Report weeklyactivities to the Sales Director. Sales Management & Development Developing local sales techniques and deploying manufacturer tools and actions with customers; Listing and monitoring the company's strategic prospects and customers, and directly managing the development of customer accounts; Sharing time between managing from head office and hunting for new customers locally in Africa (approximately 15 weeks a year on assignment in Africa). You have a -school, bachelor's or master's degree; You already have at least 3 years' professional experience as a sales representative; You have an excellent command of French and English; Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities; Good command of CRM tools and sensitive to data quality; Rigorous, precise, flexible and results-oriented; You have a good command of the MS Office suite and are comfortable using IT tools.
