The HR Manager role is an hands on opportunity where the tasks will be a mix between soft hard HR.The company is active in the health care sector.Payroll: Monthly: providing the correct data on a monthly basis to SD worx, first line contact with SD in regard to payroll related topics, check the payroll before executing the paymentDaily/When needed: follow up on employee calendars (sickness, holidays, ) and ensure correct registration and required info (eg medical attest)Answer questions on payroll coming from employeesFollow up on social regulation (changes in comite paritair) and take action when requiredRecruitment: first contact with headhunting agencies (briefing), screening of short lists, contact between agencies and hiring managers, first interviews, (in future: post via LinkedIn or other platforms not done currently)Communication to employees about HR/admin/general topicsProvide training development plan for the next year (+ following instructions of authorities), organize and follow up, .HR documentation: keep policies up to date, ensure all documents are in place, update job descriptions, .Fleet management + follow up in case of accidentsInsurances: contact with KBC/DKVOnboarding (and offboarding): admin, HR policies, contact with IT, ordering materials, + follow up with startersFirst contact for employees (very divers questions)General admin (incl also the current tasks of the office manager) Similar experience in the past Fluent in Dutch, French English Knowledge on Payroll Permanent contract Attractive package Home Office flexibility Payments, Screening, Onboarding, Calendars, Platforms, Documentation, Communication, Registration, Recruitment, HR Administration, Offboarding, Payroll Processing, Insurance, Checks, Headhunting, Provide Training, Fleet management, HR Policies, Regulation, Briefing, Policy
