Ever wanted to lead graphic design work that shapes a brand's global identity—while laughing with a team that takes great work seriously (but never themselves)? We're on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer with 10+ years of experience to take care of all our graphic design—from partner brochures to product packaging—plus play a key role in UI design for upcoming apps. You'll thrive in a dual language (English & Chinese) international environment and report directly to our Branding & Design Director, and help our products and identity resonate with our main US market.
What You'll Actually Do -- Spoiler: It's Leadership + Versatility
As our go-to senior graphic lead, you'll own every layer of our graphic design touch points—from print to digital—with no "small tasks":
Design and refine core brand assets: Company brochures for partners (think "wow factor that builds trust"), website graphics (the kind that keeps users engaged), and product spec sheets (clear, sleek, and on-brand for US audiences)
Craft our appliances and bathroom packaging to stand out and give a wonderful User Experience, would it be on US store shelves, during unboxing, installation and fun ways to play with the packaging after.
Polish owner manuals and instructional materials: Turn complex tech info into easy-to-follow, visually friendly guides (no more "how do I use this?" frustration for users And with a touch of fun, as who said an owner's manual had to be boring?
Lead UI design for upcoming product apps: Create seamless, intuitive user interfaces that complement our physical products (e.g., app controls for smart appliances)—collaborating fully with the Industrial Design Department on UX to ensure digital and physical experiences align and deliver outstanding results.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with industrial and visual designers to keep our brand consistent across every touchpoint—from print brochures to app screens to product packaging .
Navigate dual-language design: Adapt assets for English and Chinese (think typography, layout, and cultural nuance) to avoid missteps and resonate with global audiences (especially for our US customer base) .
What We're Looking For -- No Fluff, Just Proven Expertise
Software: You're a whiz with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Figma, Wordpress and other web builders)—but InDesign? That's your superpower. You turn messy content into clean, professional layouts (brochures, manuals, spec sheets, interactive PDFs) like it's second nature.
UI Design Experience: You have a track record of designing UI for digital products (apps, web interfaces)—you understand how to create user-friendly, on-brand screens that work for our target US audience, and you're comfortable aligning UI with physical product design. Because UX is not about apps or software, it is about everything the consumers, users and maintenance people can experience from the moment they enter a shop to the moment they recycle the product.
10+ Years of Senior Savvy: You bring a decade of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house, both are fine)—you lead projects independently, solve design problems on the fly, and make strategic choices that align with brand and market goals.
Bilingual Environment Pro: You've worked in dual language (English & Chinese) international settings. You have a decent level of English and you adapt designs for both English and Chinese (no awkward text overlaps) and communicate smoothly with teams across linguistic lines.
Detail-Oriented + Creative: You sweat the small stuff (typos, color consistency, spacing) but never lose sight of big-picture creativity—you can make a spec sheet feel sleek and an app UI feel exciting.
Portfolio That Tells a Story: Show us your range Include examples of print work (brochures, packaging), UI designs and dual-language projects—we want to see how you've solved real design challenges, especially for Western audiences (US audience is a plus, so not mandatory).
