JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Owning the end-to-end guest experience related to cleanliness and Stateroom service.
* Developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional results and exceed guest expectations.
* Leading and managing a team to ensure seamless execution of premium service.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Five to seven years of housekeeping managerial experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise line.
* Preferred bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
* Extensive knowledge of cleaning procedures and public health standards.
* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety-related procedures.
* Able to work positively and cooperatively in a diverse team environment.
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
