Job Title: Digital Solutions Expert
Key Responsibilities:
* You will act as the first point of contact for complex IT integrations and be responsible for delivering the entire project lifecycle.
* You will provide technical support to your commercial and operational colleagues from a pre-Sales role with your in-depth IT knowledge.
* You will analyze situations at the customer and translate them into bespoke solutions in a diverse context.
* You will handle the configuration and implementation of the solution on-site or remotely at the customers.
* You will maintain effective communication with all stakeholders in the project, including the customer, their suppliers, our different departments, and suppliers.
* You will follow up with customers during a post-implementation period after the go-live.
* You will be accountable for a wide range of service-related questions and issues regarding our IT solutions from existing customers.
* You will represent our organization during business performance reviews and be responsible for the delivered quality of the IT services.
* You will take ownership of internal IT projects and help develop and/or improve best practices within the department.
Requirements:
* You hold a degree in computer science or equivalent through experience.
* You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
* You have knowledge of web services and EDIFACT messages.
* Development skills are highly valued.
* You have affinity or experience with major eCommerce platforms.
* You are analytically strong and able to make data-driven decisions.
* Being results-driven is essential.
* You are flexible, quality-conscious, and service-oriented.
* You like to work meticulously and with attention to detail.
* Taking ownership is second nature to you.
* You are customer-friendly, customer-oriented, and problem-solving.
* You are stress-resistant and hands-on.
* You are fluent in three languages (English, Dutch, and French), both written and spoken; or willing to become so.
