As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our maintenance services.
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and develop our internal maintenance team, drive business growth, and establish a profitable service line that supports our managed properties and external clients.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop our internal maintenance technicians and assistants
* Diagnose issues accurately and define the right interventions
* Build and maintain a strong network of trusted contractors for outsourced work
* Act as the commercial point of contact for external clients, prepare quotes, and ensure satisfaction
* Create structured workflows, quality control standards, and use tools like Fixform to manage tickets and interventions efficiently
* Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and ensure operational excellence and profitability
About You:
* You have proven experience in maintenance operations, facility management, or property services
* You possess strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose problems on site
* You have a trusted network of reliable service providers
* You are an excellent people manager and scheduler
* You have a commercial mindset and are comfortable engaging with external clients and closing service deals
* You are process-oriented and highly organized
* You are fluent in English (French is a plus)
* You are comfortable using digital tools
